I contribute to video challenges on a regular basis in a closed online, safe group.  I am really getting out of my comfort zone here and posting this in public.  The reason for this is to share the exercise I completed.

Here is me doing an “I AM” exercise.  It is a pretty powerful thing when you can acknowledge yourself and speak all the good things you see in yourself. 

You can speak it out loud and record it like me or write it down.  First write who you are.. start with I am…(your name) try and speak it out loud, it flows better, but write down all the things you are.  It’s not an easy task, but satisfying to acknowledge all the good things you are.

Also the main point to this is to lose all inhibitions, you are not to write it from another’s perspective or in a way to worry what others may think of you.  It’s from a place of acknowledging your awesomeness, not being vain or egotistical or arrogant, just honest, transparent and recognising the things that make you who you are!
